After my first visit last summer, I tried the Gold Club out again. My first visit found this club extremely dead, and it wasn't even close to worth the 10 dollar cover charge. The second time around, it was slightly better (but not much). The club is very classy, and the girls that can usually be found there are pretty decent. This evening was no different. There was about 8-10 girls on shift, most of whom were attractive. The beers were (I believe) $3.50 each, which is fairly reasonable.

My one big problem is that this club is expensive, and your money will not go far at all. There is little to no mileage to be found here. The girls are hot but will not get very close on the floor or on stage. I queried one attractive German wench about what she would be willing to do upstairs in the private dance room, and she was ready with a big list of rules which included "no touching." At $30 a dance, this did not sound even close to worth it, and her stressing "no touching" was the kiss of death for me.

The Gold Club is the only game in town, and it's probably worth a visit with some friends if you have a lot of money to blow, but it's clearly not the same experience that I'm used to in the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Ohio). I probably won't be back unless I am very bored and feel like paying $10 just to see some titties.
