How do Knoxville Clubs stay in business. The place was reasonable in appearance. The girls were cute, but the rules were so imposing. No touch the ladies even when sitting next to them. No touch dancing at the rail. I didn't partake in any private dances, because the rules were you had to keep your hands at your sides. I don't think the rules were flexible at all. I'm sure the enforcement folks are in there on a regular basis. I really feel for the owner, how can they make any money. No alcohol for sale. The other club down the road had beer and wine for sale at least, but the rules were just as crazy. Let adults be adults. The place is attempting to make a fun place, but it is impossible with the rules in effect.
