I was in the area for a convention. Since I’d arrived early on the Saturday before the weeklong event started, I decided to take explore the club action in Rancho. After perusing the TUSCL reviews of the local adult offerings, I settled on Gold Club Centerfolds.

Cover was $20 followed by some sort of wristband or cup or something for another $5. Admittedly the place was hopping fairly early on a Saturday night. This is definitely the happening scene to make on a weekend night in Rancho. The club itself is clean and well appointed. Every girl there seemed to be a knockout California model type. With so many dancers in the club on this weekend night, every physical trait and ethnicity were represented. But tall, leggy blondes seemed to be a widely available and on display. The fake tits to real tits ratio was probably 50-50 with a couple of very obvious disaster jobs. Eventually I met a hostess who intrigued me. She encouraged me to enjoy her wily ways during what she described as a two-fer private dance in the backroom. Approximately 16 measures into the first song, a bouncer arrived on the scene to scold me for resting my hands on the regions of her body she had encouraged me to touch. He proceeded to stand nearly on top of us for the remainder of the first song and the entirety of the next. At the end of the second song, I learned that my young hostess’s definition of two-fer differed greatly from mine.

Being that I was an out of towner with a couple of drinks in my system, I decided to pay up, lay low in the complaint department, and find a seat in the audience to enjoy the stage shows I had already paid for with my cover. There are two stages at the Gold Club. One seems to be a sort of pre-staging area and the other more of a main stage. Each dancer takes a turn working through three songs on each stage before hitting the floor to recruit patrons for private dances. Occasionally, there are two or more dancers performing at the same time on one or both stages.
