Was in Gainesville and had an hour to kill. Stopped by The Top as it is called on the sign out front. Interesting place as it looks like an old house from outside. Emphasis on old, it looks run down from outside. Inside it looked like any other rural strip club. The staff was nice, great bartender. The real reason we go to these places is the dancers, maybe Thursday at 6 is not the time to go. There was no cover, they said I got in just in time. The girls danced three standard three song sets, clothed, topless, and nude if they got enough tips. There were not a lot of lap dances going on and the girls did not seem that interested in working. I sat for an hour without one coming by other than the three I tipped onstage. Each onr of them came by with a thanks hun and were gone. Most of the dancers were young spinners. I would not make a trip to this place but if stranded in Gainesville again I would go by, beer and boobs is better than just beer.
