Been up to Rockford quite a few times and had previously visited the Tiger Tail a few years ago. Decided it was time to stop back and check it out again. Not much has changed and still ok club for the money. The building is situated among a bunch of nice hotels, and nice residentail area a block to the west. Thus, very safe area, well lit, and easy walk from most of the hotels. Once you walk in there is the bar wtih seats in front of the stage and go up a few stairs to the right and more seats higher on the other side of the stage. All the way to the right is the private dance area. It's a good sized room sort of dark with ample seating. The girls ranged from 3-8s with more 7,8s than 3,4s. Most were very friend and quickly grab a seat next to you for the usual short converstion leading to "do you want to go to private dance area?". I spent about $20 tucking singles at the bar and decided to take a nice looking blonde up on the private dance offer. There is a guy "guarding" the doorway to the private area, but friendly. There were a few other coouple in the room, but no one really pays any attention to each other. Given that it's a bikini bar, the girls are pretty good at making their dances as sexy as possible covered. I was able to touch her body throughout both dances ($10 to get in private area and $20 per dance). I didn't try, but doubt you will be able to put your hands under the bikini. Overall, good, clean, and safe place worth a few hours of your time if you are in the NE area of Rockford.
