This place appears to be an old house that has been gutted and turned into one of the divier of Portland's dive strip clubs. The door is up some stairs, and you'll walk in past the staff and customers commiserating in the little smoking shack out front. The club staff were friendly, and some of the dancers were too. The bar is straight ahead when you go in. Two stages, one large and long and one small are to your left. Past the stages is a long narrow lap area.

There were four dancers on that evening, two black and two white. None of them were particularly good looking. Three of them were pretty friendly at the rail. The fourth appeared not to be interested in anything more than finishing her shift. I suspect that one or two of the girls might have given good value in the lap room, but I had to leave before I could find out for sure. On the other hand, I didn't see a single person head back to the lap area, so... Customers outnumbered dancers three to one the night I was there, but most paid no attention to the naked ladies on the stages.

I stopped at Soobie's mainly because a dancer I know from another club told me she takes a shift here when she's desperate for money. She'd definitely be a stand out here in the looks department, but I don't know how she'd find the money at this club.
