Made my first visit to Teaser's...

Made my first visit to Teaser's in a couple of years last week - the place is still really hard to find if you don't know Durham well (which I don't). After spending time at TMC and CC, this place is just - different. In one way it feels like somebody's living room, with the plush chairs and fireplace and all. I've never really gotten the feeling that the owners knew how to make it more "stripclubish" - or maybe they really want it to be a place where you would want to just hang out, instead of a place to look at hot naked women and have them grind on you.

Spent about an hour there, and was approached by several girls, none of whom were really my type. Did strike up a conversation with a brunette (Layla?), but it didn't seem like she wanted to dance for me, so it didn't go anywhere. I couldn't get anyone to give me the lowdown on the VIP rooms, almost like they were not interested in going there. In my past experience at Teasers the dances were pretty tame, so it could be that the girls don't want to go any farther in the VIP.

Probably won't be back until I hear the attitudes here have changed.
