Went to check out the strip...

Went to check out the strip club scene in Memphis, TN after the no alcohol ordinance was passed. I've been to this club before on many occassions and never left fully disappointed, but this time was another story (And I think it will be from now on). Was greeted at the door by a man that looked like Shug Knight and was subsequently asked for ID and if I had brought any alcohol, which I did not and the bodyguard seemed displeased. This made me a little upset and to make matters even worse the ladies that worked the desk blatantly asked for a tip (I was going to tip anyway). So, I get in and I sit down towards the back and I'm immediately approached by a stripper, which then proceeds telling me her dance prices without having a conversation with me. In the past, I have always had the time to sit down and relax a bit before being approached. I turn her down and then I'm immediately approached by another and this one gets me to get up and go back to the "VIP" which is basically open for other VIPers to see. I get a couple of dances for 140 and she keeps her bikini on (a 1st) and all the usual grinding takes place...I leave feeling ripped off because of the bad attitudes and the higher dance prices to make up for lost revenue from the alcohol sales. It seems things in this place have taken a turn for the worst.
