I went to Solid Gold last...

I went to Solid Gold last Friday from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. I have been to Solid Gold before, but not for about a year. I did not pay cover and I was drinking mixed drinks which are $7.75. The club and washrooms are clean with a lot of parking outside. The club is in a good area and I felt safe the entire time. When I showed up there was no dancer on stage and it was about 15 minutes until a girl came on stage. It seemed like there was not constant girls on stage until after 8:00. While I was there the music was mostly rock music, which is a selling point for me as I hate club music. Their wait staff was friendly but there was three waitresses and it seemed like one of them was always asking me if I wanted another drink.

When I got to Solid Gold at 7:00 there was 5 guys there and maybe 3-4 girls, and when I left there was maybe 15 guys and 8 or 9 girls. A couple of the girls were just sitting around mostly texting. I don’t know if they were waiting for guys to approach them, but they really just looked bored and I like to be approached. The girls were attractive 6-9 and looked to be in their mid to late 20’s, with one girl who looked a bit older. The physical club looks great with comfortable chairs and clean washrooms. The club is long and thin with the stage stretching the length of the club. So sometimes if the girl is on the far side of the stage it can be difficult to get a good view. Also, there are TVs that play sports.

You have the option of $15 table dances or $20 VIP dances. I took three girls for VIP dances they are nude dances, able to touch breasts but not the pussy, and I was not offered extras. I mentioned in a previous review that this place is not good for extras and that still stands. The VIP areas are checked regularly and often by bouncers. There are 2 different VIP areas the one has semi-private individual cubicle like booths and comfortable loveseat couches. Every booth has a television showing the stage, so you can see who is on stage or if anyone is on stage. The other VIP area seemed more like a lounge, an open area with loveseats and chairs.
