No matter what kind of trouble...

No matter what kind of trouble there may have been, Playhouse just keeps rolling on. Boxing Day may not be the best time (and it wasn't), but there was still enough on stage to be interesting. Been coming here off and on for years, and some of the performers were very familiar. That could be good (they know you, too) or not so good (some of them are 50 something and no matter how well they take care of their bodies, their faces show the wear). Limited holiday selection included usual Brazilians (Kiane, Lucy, Ruby, Mariah, Suellyi), a tall eastern European (Andrea/Vannessa), and an interesting light-skinned black (Milan). Took a chance with the last and it wasn't bad. Can't say if "mileage" is down, but I was satisfied enough. She was sweet and had an off-the-wall sense of humor. This place is never much for atmosphere but the dancers are usually friendly, know exactly what the customers are there for and will work to please. One correction: I've never seen nude dancing here, though what goes on during special events or in the couch rooms if you're well known, well behaved and generous might be another thing entirely.
