I have made a couple of late-night trips recently to PP-Greenville after a long break from the club. On both nights I got to the club around 2am (no fights/shootings going on thank goodness :)) and there were still a good number of patrons/dancers still there. On both nights I was charged a $10 door fee...must be they tag on another $2 to get in when it is later or something. I guess they figure they can charge more since it is about the only game in town after 2am (when the competition is closing/near closing). The normal max door fee listed on this site is $8, so do not let it surprise you if you go here late. Change is still given in $2 bills...sure it is legal tender, but if you try to spend them anywhere outside of this club, the cashiers give you a "I know where you have been" look. No liquor after 2am (South Carolina law), but beer/soft drinks/water were still available. I think the beer was around $5 a bottle + tip.

Anyhow, there were still a lot of younger "wanna dance" girls around which is not really what I was looking for. As an older guy, I enjoy a lady who has had some life experience and can carry on a conversation. I did talk to one dancer on the second night and spent some time with her. After talking for a while, I asked about her dance prices and she wanted $30 per dance. She ended up doing 2 for $30s and gave some "quality" dances since the couch room was pretty empty. There was 1 "bird dog" watching the door of the room, but he did not walk around checking so privacy was alright.

The music level continues to be really loud in this place, depending on where you sit. If you stay @ the bar which is to the right as you enter, you can at least carry on a conversation without screaming. I may try a daytime visit later this week to see if things are any different. This is still a pretty nice place and by far the largest SC in Greenville, SC. It would have probably appealed to me a lot more 20 years ago, but the SCs nearby offer a more laid-back and intimate environment w/similar (or better) dancer quality.
