Mons Venus is a well-known joint out in Tampa, famous for their hot girls and high-mileage dances. I was vacationing in Tampa for a week and, after a bum night in the casinos, decided to hit one up, albeit with a limited bankroll. You'll know you're in the area because it's surrounded by multiple other clubs. From the outside, it looks comparatively quaint, devoid of the excessive lighting that lines most clubs. Parking is available right next to the building. Cover was $20. The club is laid out in a ring with a circular main stage in the middle, which I promptly sat down at. Tables and seating fill the space between the stage and the outside wall. The outer ring of the club, somewhat sectioned off but still mostly visible, is filled with couches for lapdances. I didn't buy a drink, so I'm not sure what's available or what it costs.

The club was filled mostly with older guys at the time; looked like a lot of fellow sightseers, so there wasn't really any thug factor. The music was loud but not prohibitive to conversation. The girls there are mostly spinsters, mostly white with a few black and different flavors of tan. There were a few full-figured with more fleshed out tits and ass, but none I'd even call chubby much less fat. After stage dances (Which often involved 2+ girls on the stage at a time) the girls came around to chat and solicit dances. While there was a little bit of pressure, there was nothing too severe; I said no to a couple girls and they took it in stride. Now let me say, the stories of high-mileage coming from this club are all too true. The contact you get for a $100 private room affair back in Maryland is a $20 lapdance at the Mons. Touching anything but the kitty was standard fare, and I touched / caressed / grabbed tits, asses, waists, and the inside of the thigh without any complaint or sign of resistance. Obviously due to the open nature of the bar anyone looking to pay for some extra mileage will be disappointed, but if you're into dirty but legal fun, this is your place.

My night overall went pretty well; I went with the first spinster who talked to me after some slight convincing on her part to test drive the place. Next was a more voluptuous girl of unknown ethnicity (some sort of white / Latino mix?) who stopped to chat with me for a while. We stopped between songs to poke fun at some drunk female customer who took it upon herself to give a lapdance to an older guy - upon her getting removed from the lap dance area we finished up a second song. Then I met a nice MILF-type girl. We ended up talking for the better of 20 minutes before heading back to the lap dance area. By this point my limited cash was spent and I was only able to pay her for one song, but she did two more as freebies for keeping her entertained. That really tells you the quality of some of the women here; I think that's the only time I'll ever get truly get something for nothing in a strip club.
