OK, I finally got up the...

OK, I finally got up the gumption to make the (longer than expected) drive to this fabled place.

Now, maybe it's because my first SC ventures were around Baltimore's Infamous Block, or the fact that I don't prefer costly, low-mileage "Gentlemen's Clubs" to begin with...but I did not find this place as desolate as others have made it out to be here.

It wasn't as small, visibly dingy, or as smoky smelling as I anticipated. Yeah, my sinuses are shot anyway, and I left my glasses in the car. But no, I've been in places just as skeevy, if not more so. (the old Block was one big, urban scab!)
