It's been over 2 years since...

It's been over 2 years since my last visit to Mario's. I haven't visited many clubs in the meantime, but Mario's was always one of my favorites. I had casually followed the reviews and knew there had been a period of some changes, but all was "back to normal" as I understood it.

The first change was the increase in dance prices. The last time I had been there, they were still $20 each and $7 for a bracelet (IIRC). Now they are $25 each with 2 for 35 on Sun-Tues. I was there last Thursday and unfortunately that was the only day of the week I could make it. I struggled with going to Mario's versus shooting down to Providence, but on a Thursday night, there's not going to be any "value dances" anywhere else.

I always considered Mario's my favorite club. Other than being a bit out of the way, it's right off the highway, it's in a safe location and I don't have to worry about sketchy parking. There is great privacy in the backroom for LDs, it's full nude and because there are no real extras offered, the girls are friendly with no upsell. If I wanted extras, I would be down in Providence, but that's not what I look for in a good strip club visit.
