Decided to give the NJ scene...

Decided to give the NJ scene another try on a business trip. Most clubs I've been to in NJ were total dives but Delilah's Den was actually pretty impressive. Outside is well lit with plenty of parking. Inside has a large center stage w/ bar on one end and surrounded by chairs on the other. Very comfortable although music was a little loud and strobe lights could be annoying if you sit in the wrong place.

Decent variety of girls - White American and White Eastern European mostly but a few Blacks as well. Stage rotation includes 2-3 girls on the stage at a time. Actual dancing and pole work seem pretty rare, most just shuffle around, although they often get right up in the face of each person sitting in the front row and give a very clear view of the assets. Dollar parade is only expected if you sit in the front.

This visit was a spur of the moment decision so I wasn't equipped with my usual high roller wad but I did have a few $20 dances. As a side note, the girls seem to be mostly about the hustle. Few of them were willing to sit and chat beyond asking if I wanted a dance. Standard dances were bikini dances in a separate room but with a communal couch. However, the dancer I picked was good enough that I didn't even notice the other dances going on around me. There are supposed to be private VIP rooms at $125 for 15 min and $225 for 30 min. I'll definitely go back and give them a try next time I'm in the area and better prepared.
