Went to Polekatz on a Monday...

Went to Polekatz on a Monday night and it looked dead. Stayed from 9pm til midnite and it never picked up, although all of the dancers claimed that the place was usually busy, especially on weekends. I can beleve it because all of the essential elements were there. Drinks were reasonable, $4 beer, etc, but some of the girls drinks were about $8, although the girls were not pushy at all about asking you to buy them drinks.

The place is really clean and pretty posh, very large, almost cave like. Bathrooms were nice and no attendant, but it was obvious on busy nights they have one of the beggars in there begging for dollars. There was mandatory valet parking $5, and mandatory coat check. The mandatory valet bothered me as I do not like anyone touching my rental car (dings get blamed on me, and tough to explain to the boss that the valet at the strip club was careless.) I paid the $5, but ignored the valet and parked. Something for the clubs to think about especially when they cater to out of town business people.

When the manager found out we were from out of town, he took us straight to the VIP and waived the cover charge. the VIP is basically a balcony that overlooks the main room stage. AFter one drink we moved down to the main stage as it was pretty slow. There was about 12-16 girls on and once we went down stairs we had our choice as most of the girls came over at one time or another.
