I was excited for the opening...

I was excited for the opening of this club since it's about 6 minutes from where I live and there are no other good clubs in the immediate area. I went on a Wednesday at 11 pm just to check it out and get a feel for the place.

When you get to the club you have to valet for $5, there is no self parking and the cover is $20. There are a couple of ghetto clubs with likewise clientele in the area, I believe the cover is this high in order to maintain a higher quality of customer.

I sit down at the bar and order a drink. The club is beautiful. They have worked hard to make this an upscale place. The only reason I gave the physical club rating a 9 is because I feel the bar is too small. My drink, a martini on the rocks, was $15. With gratuity automatically included (18%) it came out to $17 and change.
