As other reviewers have noted, the Showcase is definitely in a somewhat run down/industrial location, however I've never had any issues safety-wise when visiting. In regard to the interior, the best thing the place has going for it is a nice mixture of girls, mostly friendly, pretty laid back, ranging from 4's to the occasional 8-9. I would have to say the value one gets one their visit is definitely contingent on the specific girl they end up with. Some visits, with I think her name was Becca, have featured great dances, while others have been less than stellar (which is really a drawback considering the rates are steep at 20 the beginning price for a dance). Overall, if one is not looking for a fancy club like experience but just wants to get down and dirty with some nice full grind dances, then the showcase is the place to be!
