I had not had the chance...

I had not had the chance to stop into this place in a while. So when I attended a local concert I decided to stop in afterward. Got there a little after 10 PM. Place was kind of slow. The usual local group was sitting at a couple of tables pushed together at the bar. There were a few holiday decorations up but not that many. Luckily the BYU - Hawaii was on the tube behind the bar because the there were only a couple of dancers in the place. over the course of the next hour and a half (which seemed like about six) the first dancer I actually talked to was on her way to the local group table which is where she spend most of her time until they all decided to leave.

the second one was very talkative but because I had not seen her dance on stage yet I passed on the offer for the VIP room. But she did provide some information. When I asked about it being slow for a Saturday night she said the she had worked there earlier in the year. Stopped for six months and came back. What she found out is that the lady who started the club has had some medical issues and another family member is running the club now. She said from first part of the year to now business is down and person handling the club does not know what to do to get business up and is not willing to try anything.

The last girl I talked to, and my reason for exiting stage left, came over and introduced herself. Asked immediately for me to take her upstairs to the VIP room for a couple of hours. When I declined the offer she just sat there and stared across the room. When i would try and engage her in some small talk, she would again ask me to take her upstairs. But the third time this happened I decided to was time to drink up and move on.

I am not sure if this is now typical at the club. It would require another visit and I am just not sure if I am up for it?
