The Blue Goose is a hole...

The Blue Goose is a hole in the wall bar in Paterson. I have been going here off and on for several years and am a recognized person when I go into the bar.

Physically - the bar is basically a hallway with a bar running along one side. It does have a back room with a pool table that is occasionally used along with a close they use for a lap dance/VIP area between the bar area and the pool table room. The atmosphere is dark and there are usually one or more girls doing a lackluster dance behind the bar.

Over the years, this bar has changed from a high touch bikini bar where you could get a nice topless/high touch lap dance in the back for 20 dollars to a lower touch bar where the girls are trying to get you into the back for a VIP. It used to be that if you were friendly and occasionally went back for a lap dance, the girls would sit and talk with you at the bar allowing you to touch them while doing so. They still do this, but for less time and with more of an intent to lure you into the 150 dollar VIP room.
