Twelve years ago when I came to Phoenix for the first time, I discovered the Bourban Street Circus. Being from Massachusetts, I was amazed at the five dollar lap dances and took full advantage of the situation. Well, I left Phoenix I thought never to return a dozen years ago, and had occasion to spend a weekend there and explored some of the old haunts. Things have changed, buildings have been built, buildings have been torn down; hell Camelback Road is now a continuous chain of car dealerships. The Bourbon Street Circus is exactly how I remember it.

Lap dances are 10 now, with 20 dollar VIP dances. I have a feeling I lucked out with the girl I went to the VIP with because there was a whole of mutual touching, even between songs. The girls were 6 -10's, attractive . . .with so many strip joints in Arizona, I manage to get my preferred girls next door types (natural boobs, mid 20's to mid 30's), talkers who will have an intelligent conversation while fondling your package.

The club is much too dark, and there seems to be much wasted space. But I suppose they open up sections as they need to force custmers to sit near the stage.
