Visited this club for lunch on...

Visited this club for lunch on Friday 11/11/11. The Yellow Rose is an Austin legend - one of the oldest SC's in town. Many strippers in other clubs will tell you they started dancing at the Rose. The club is showing it's age - but one of the new managers told me they are planning some major upgrades, and the new back bar area is nicely done. Friday afternoons offer some unique opportunities. First, the free buffett attracts a full house of working class guys who basically eat the free food, drink their one beer, ogle the girl on stage, then leave without spending any money. The place goes from packed to empty by around 2:00pm.

I got there around 1:30, sampled the free chow, and was ready for some action at 2:00. This turned out to be fortunate, since that's when the (very few) better looking (and smartest) girls show up, having long ago broken the code on "free lunch" crowd. I sat with Danee, a long, lean dancer with shoulder length brown hair, plenty of tats and a nose ring. Great body with a perky set of 34C's. She was very friendly, upbeat and conversational, and gave me 3 high mileage dances. No interest in any extra activities, but stil a great time with a fun girl (I'd rate her a 7.5/10).

My only complaint about the club was the low percentage of 7+ girls - I only saw 3 that I'd rate above a 7 (barely), and there were mostly 5's (or even less). Maybe I'm just picky, but for $20 a dance, I like some fantasy material.
