Like any other club, Paradise is...
Like any other club, Paradise is very hit or miss in terms of dancer quality. On this particular evening, I found a diamond in the rough. I would say about a 6 for physical attractiveness, yet she made up for it in personality and conversation. Dances were decent mileage and the rate was reduced (on Sundays to $10). Do your research on which night(s) have the reduced rate as most dancers will still try to charge you full price.
Previous posts are correct, the club is rundown (even after the remodel). Restrooms are not exactly up to the standards of say San Antonio Men's Club; however, no bathroom troll. The "private" dance areas can be comfortable, if you find one of the stalls that isn't in too bad of shape. Be warned though, the bouncers/managers do walk through every now and then.
As for entertainment, this totally depends on the dancer you choose. For most nights, choices are slim to none, on this particular night I found a excellent entertainer who was happy to spend our time with equal parts talking and dancing. Most entertainers here are hustling wanting you to blow all your money in 1 minute and get out. Be patient and be willing to walk away if no entertainer strikes your fancy. In this economy, cash is king. You have the cash, you make the rules. If anyone gives you any grief, take your business elsewhere. On that note, avoid the VIP private rooms ($100 to the house and the entertainer is tipped on top of that). Most sensible entertainers would rather you invest that money directly into their dances in the private area. Be sure to mention that if your entertainer starts trying to get you into one of the VIP rooms. If you insist on indulging in the VIP rooms, be sure to negotiate everything up front before stepping into the room. Be specific and have your entertainer be specific.
