I had not been to Memphis...

I had not been to Memphis for a few months, so I was interested to see what was going on at the Pony. I arrived around 11:00 PM on a Saturday in late October. Addmission was (I believe) $ 15.00, which included two drinks. I don't smoke, so the first thing I noticed was a lot of smoke in the club.

There was a wide range of dancers on duty ranging from extremely hot to extremely not. There are three or four dance positions on the long stage, so you can watch for a favorite dancer and have a little conversation and limited contact while she is on stage. There didn't seem to be a lot of competition for private dances, so I was able to make a choice and try a private dance for $ 20.

My choice did a good job and acted like she cared about my personal preferences. So we did five dances for $ 100 and I had an excellent time.
