I went into Rose City Strip...

I went into Rose City Strip around 4PM on Friday afternoon. It's a big place, well decorated with the bar straight ahead as you walk in. There's a stage to the right and (I think) two more stages further back. They also have several pool tables. There are upholstered chairs at the tables and at the rail.

The place was surprisingly busy for an afternoon. There were probably a dozen guys there when I walked in and maybe a couple dozen more arrived while I was there. I got the impression that many of them new each other and the girls quite well.

This afternoon they had four dancers doing three song sets. There was no DJ. None of the girls were particularly friendly and none of them made any attempt to sell private dances. They were: a dishwater blonde amazon with a gorgeous smile; a petite blonde with lots of tats (lots even by Portland standards) - she was also really good at the pole; a leggy brunette who was quite standoffish; and a tall leggy black girl who kept her turtleneck sweater on the whole time, though she pulled it up to show off her boobs. All of them removed their bottoms during their sets, some quite early. None of the girls appeared to be surgically enhanced.
