I visited Follies about a month...

I visited Follies about a month back after reading the positive ratings on TUSCL. Parking was tight, and after finding a spot I was greeted by the parking attendant and requested to pay the $5 fee. After paying the cover and making into the club, the next issue was seating. The seating was limited as the club was very busy. I ended up grabbing a table at the end of one of the three stages. First impressions wern't great, seating comfort was not on par with other clubs, and the club lighting was too bright in my opinion. Restrooms were typical with a rough looking attendant and his spread of gum, cigs etc for sale.

The dancers seemed to be average from the looks dept, and seemed to lack the ability to make a connection or hold a conversation. It was more of a hit and run activity. As many reviewers have noted, the experience is about the girl. The dances were definately high mileage, and well worth the $10. A majority of the girls were chatting with each other rather than working the floor. Unfortunately I didn't connect with any of the dancers that wondered to my table, so I can't comment on the VIP action.

I will give Follies another chance, hopefully I can't test out the VIP area!
