Went here on a Saturday night just a little after 12 AM for my third visit to IS. Place was crowded as usual and there seemed to be a pageant of sorts at the main stage. Still, there were easily over 20 other women working the floor and having a good time. Took a while for me and my buddy to find a nice spot by one of the poles to the side...after which we entered what is technically called "boob nirvana". All these women between 7 and 9, and a couple of 10s getting down to burying my face in their bosoms. I could have walked in with $25 one dollar bills, give it to the women dancing at the poles and still walked out a very happy man.

A very small minority of the girls looked just too old and too tired and seemed to have no interest in anything but taking your money, but the vast majority managed to present themselves as super hot, engaging and interested in you...which means you'll probably end up spending more than you expected to, but this place is worth it.

The cover was $16 and it's $400/hr for the champagne room...and $60 for 3 song lapdance. The lap dances are fully nude and the women do tell you that you can touch, except the g-string area. A couple of the girls try to striptease their way through a song and a half, and that may not be what you're looking to spend your money on, so I'd suggest some caution (that's why I am rating it at 7 for monetary value instead of a 9). But most of the girls do tell you they want you to have a good time, and do what they can to show you a good time.
