Decided to try out a new club and Spearmint Rhino was in the area. The club exterior is discrete and somewhat difficult to find at night. The interior is done well but I found it to be a bit dark. Cover charge is $20 (although I got a free pass for first-time customers).

As I entered the club I was greeted with a bar that has a small stage built-in for performances. Drinks are $5 (not included in the cover) and $10 when if one chooses to purchase a drink for a dancer. To the right of the entrance is the VIP and as others have mentioned it is very dark. To the left is the lap dance area. The lap dance "room" is what ruined my experience at this club. The LD room consists of a long beach seat where there were a few customers sitting abreast being entertained by dancers. It felt very impersonal. Next to the LD room is a room for 1/2 hour dances. I noticed that the layout of this club was to encourage the patrons to spend money on the 1/2 hour or VIP rooms (which obviously cost more).

The main stage is towards the back of the club. Overall, the dancers were all in shape and friendly enough. Naturally, there were a few hustlers, but thats to be expected. I bought a 1/2 hour dance from a petite latina and I felt it was worth it. But I feel the experience would be so much more enjoyable if the bartender didn't ask if you wanted to buy a drink for a dancer.
