Camelot was our first visit to the so-called gentelemen club scene in DC I do not want to be biased because Camelot is not really a club, but notwithstanding dumb no lap dance law in DC, I strongly discourage anyone who lives in the tristate area to go to this place.

We arrived around 10 pm, and thankfully we were able to find side street parking. But it seems to me one is better off taking a cab. The building itself looks like it is a multilevel establishment, but in fact it is not. My wife was scpetical at first if she can come in because it said it is a gentlemen club. There was no cover charge and after checking our ids we were escorted inside and shown to our seats. There was one small stage in the middle with little dance pole and no space for any dancing. Do not expect any pole tricks either. Majority of girls just walk dance around the pole.

The worst part about this bar/club is the atmosphere. The way your are shown to your seats by security makes you really uncomfortable. The bar is so small that there is nonstop walking around of patrons and security showing them to their seats that you cannot enjoy the show in any conceivable way. Almost immediately we were approached by waitress who offered us drinks. Bear and cocktail was $21. This is outrages.
