It's been a while since I've been to Mon's and things sure seem to have gone down hill. It was only about 9:00 on a Monday night when I got there, so I would say the experiense was still better than most clubs in the area given the time and day that I went. However, it didn't meet my usual Mon's expectations (even for a Monday night). In saying that, on to the specifics:

The cover was $20 as always. When I first walked in, things were slow but the overall atmosphere seemed pretty much the same. The layout is still the same with the stage in the middle and open area lap dance areas to the left and right. They also still had 2 to 4 girls on stage at all times and the girls on average were more attractive than what you find at most otehr clubs. However, the pressure was a lot higher than what I am used to there. Typically, you get asked for a dance every 30 seconds, but teh girl walks away as soon as you decline without giving youany attitude. On this night, a couple of the girls kept pushing for teh dance which made thinsg uncomfortable. Tehn, they eitehr made a rude comment when tehy realized i would not give in or requested a tip before they left. These are all thingst hat happen at teh average Tampa strip club, but usually not at Mons.

After about 30 minuets I decided to fdo my first dance. I selected the exotic looking girl from Peru. She was a complete bust. In past experiences, my worst lapdancce of the night usually was still beter than most lap dances at other clubs in the area. However, not this time. We negotiated a 3 for $60 deal (which is common there). Tehn she requested the money up front (which is not common tehre). Tehn she deliverred two mostly air lapdances and then stopped and requested another $60 to keep going. As irritating as it was being jipped out of my third dance, teh dances were so terrible, I was kind of heager to get back to the stage and scope out my next girl anyways. My advice to anybody who runs into this girl from Peru there is to not waste your money on her. She is convincing while trying wheel you in, and a pretty attractive girl, but her dances are terrible and she is a scammer.
