Yes, I can confirm that Erv's has been completely remade into the all new Platinum Plus. They've spent a lot of money to give the place a first class look. Fortunately they haven't raised prices to make it all back right away.

I stopped on a weekday mid-afternoon. Cover was $5 - for my $20 bill I received 7-$2 bills and a single. Nice way to increase the girls tip income - only mildly annoying, I suppose. A Coors Light bottle was $3.75 (two $2 bills back in their till).

Since it's all new I'll describe the club layout. First of all it's BIG. Room for lots of customers and dancers on multiple stages (though there were only about 6 customers this mid-afternoon). Enter and pay the cover at a counter in the foyer. Enter the club and there's a bar with about 10 stools on the left. In the center of the club is a large, circular stage about 30-ft. diameter. Four stripper poles so several girls could dance at once if the club were busier. In the center of the four stripper poles is a large, glittery center pole about 10-in diameter - it'd be interesting to see a dancer mount that pole. :-)
