My first visit to the Blue...

My first visit to the Blue Moon, but because of all of the information I have received from fellow TUSCL members, I felt as though I had been there many times before and could act and say I had been there before. My first planned trip was not for a couple of weeks, but some business took by the area and I had some time to kill, so I decided to stop in.

Arrived in the late afternoon, the neighborhood is not the best, but it is also not the worst. Within a couple of miles is Christie's Phoenix and the Celebrity Theatre which hosts some very popular singing and comedic acts. The parking lot was clean and there was no reason to feel antsy.

I entered, paid my $10 cover and sat down in the first row of seats behind the main stage. There were about 3-4 other customers. Once again, the interior of the club is not the best, but not the worst (I have been in worse). It certainly is not Christie's, but IMO it was not as bad as other places I've been. You receive a free non-alcoholic beverage with the cover and a lovely Latina dancer brought it to me. Water costs $2.
