This is a dive bar with strippers. The drinks are cheap and the strippers give mini-lap dances in the bar for $1 or $2 tips. It's hands on in the club, while the dancers are on "stage". The private rooms are efficiency apartments in a separate building with no cameras and complete privacy and they're only $60, but take more so you can tip the strippers well. You will be very glad that you did.

The only down side is you will leave smelling like smoke. They don't serve food and most of the people there chain smoke.
