Much has changed at the high...

Much has changed at the high quality Paper Moon since I last visited in mid 2010. It's still a top VA club with many 7-9s in pasties and strings...and there are still the expensive gimic 2 for 1 $60 dances in the first floor couch area...but the upstairs was closed off the Sat night I was there and I got the impression it's not coming back any time soon. Worse news of all greeted me during my first topless (still pasties here) laps. No touching titties. Aghhhh. How can this be? Just within the last year it was openly hands on...good things never last. But basically no touching much of anything. And the room is actively watched. The guy was rooming the middle of the room and engaging the customers who had yet to accept this (new to me) policy. Still a good time with friendly door men and hot staff and very hot dancers...but Lap prices are crazy and there's no roam at this inn.
