Slowish night at the Blue when...

Slowish night at the Blue when I arrived, but had picked up by the time I left, ca. 10:00. One dancer who is an old favorite said that Saturdays haven't been getting busy until relatively late in the evening. Meaning you can get a lot of attention early on ... On the other hand, jerks stand out more in a smaller crowd and there was a card-carrying asshole among the customers whose loud mouth was ruining the mood for everyone else. He was gone by the time I emerged from my first LD, and I sincerely hope that one of the VLBs (that's Very Large Bouncers) finally tossed him.

Speaking of large bouncers, there was a new dancer, Yolanda, who is older than many, but extremely hot and talented. Back in the LD room, I almost abandoned my plan to have several dances and then finish the evening in the VIP. It took iron discipline, believe me.

My evening ended spectacularly in the VIP ... but there was actually a relatively long wait for the room to become available. Only the back room is open; the front has been under renovation for a couple of months. It would be great ... and no doubt lucrative for club management ... to finish the job and get it open again!
