I periodically travel to Jacksonville for work, and while it's not as good a scene as Tampa or South Florida for Clubs, it has an interesting mix of locations. Usually, I spend my time in Jacksonville at the Dollhouse or Emperor's -- but I wanted to try something new. I had read about this club (on this site) and decided to go find it. Harder than you'd expect, you must travel down a desolate road of a main drag to discover this club which is in a suprisingly large building. Looks like it used to be a very large high-end restaurant in a previously lifetime.

Now it is the Jacksonville Gold Club. Upon paying the cover charge and entering I see that the club is separated into two parts, the Steakhouse, where apparently the food is quite good (I didn't try) and the club itself. This is probably the best physical club i've been to in Jax. After getting a drink (reasonably priced beer) and sitting down near the stage I began to take in all of the girls. The quality was decent - maybe one 9 and the rest 5-8. A lot of young, thin, talent.

I was approached, and had good conversation with three different girls. All offered dances quickly, but I declined (they didn't pressure) until the 3rd girl, a blond with tattoos and small natural breasts. I took 2 dances with her, the top comes off for a dance, but the bottom stays on. Some 2-way, and a decent grind. Not mindblowing, but a nice way to end my evening. I'll definitely add Gold Club to my Jax short list.
