Stopped by during the early day...

Stopped by during the early day shift, around 12:30. Hadn't been there in a few months, and this is one of my favorite clubs in So Cal. Well, not so much anymore, unfortunately. When I arrived there were about 10 dancers, and fewer customers. Most of the dayshift Flamingo dancers have always tended to either spend most of the shift in the dressing room, or texting, or locked down with regulars, or they'll just ignore you. And this visit it was worse than I'd ever seen it. The overall attitude in this place SUCKS !!! Of the two hours I was there, there were very long stretches where there were almost no dancers anywhere to be found, the stage was empty, and I was getting bored out of my mind. And this is with 10 dancers in the place. It's pretty bad when you have a customer come in ready to spend a wad of cash, and he can't even get a hold of the dancers he wants a lap dance from. The other most annoying attitude in this place is no longer just the "buy the lady a drink" hustle, it's the freakin' PLEADING for a VIP.

Anyway, there was one good thing I noticed: the quality of the dancers is way up, especially for the dayshift. Which explains why the attitude has gone down, I suppose. It looks like most of the dancers are new, hired in the last 5-6 months. I only recognized a couple of "old timers". I don't remember many of the names, plus the DJ was mumbling as usual so I never heard the other names. But the roster included Ariana, Anna, Alana, and old timers Scarlett and Diana. There was another girl whose names started and ended with "a", and about 4 who never even stopped by in the whole 2 hours I was there. Incredible. Unfortunately, Diana showed up when I was getting my final lap dance, so I didn't get a chance to sample her. But as I was getting my lap she was going thru the motions on stage looking bored.

I was also disappointed to notice that too many dancers don't even use the Flamingo handshake. Anyway, like I say there were some good looking dancers. Alana was nice looking (long dark hair, bangin' body), but low mileage all around. Diana is smokin' hot, if you can get hold of her. She spends her shift locked down with regulars or just vanishes. In all the times I've been here I've only been able to grab her once for laps, and they were incredible.
