Decided to try this club, but...

Decided to try this club, but went in with low expectations. From reading prior reviews, I expected a low end atmosphere. Although just down the street from Filly's, I didn't get the same safe feeling in the parking lot. Amazing the difference a few blocks can make in a neighborhood. Got to the club about 9:30 pm.

The entry leads to a bare lobby area, with a opening in one wall into the bar. The bartender checked my ID, but didn't ask for a cover. Went through the door and was pleasantly surprised with the physical layout. To the right is a long bar extending most of the length of the wall. To the left were some very nice tables and chairs at the same level . Further to the left was a raised stage with fancy entrance and a very tall full stripper pole, the tallest I've seen in a Winston Salem club. Further down along the same wall as the stage is a raised area with more of the same chairs/tables, offering a little privacy for table dances. So the club decor was much better than I expected.

So nice decor, but nobody was dancing and I only counted 4 girls. Three were at the bar around clustered around two guys, and the fourth was with a guy at another table. Nobody was on stage. The bartender came and took my drink order (I'm a soda drinker at clubs, but price was cheap). Later discovered she short changed me two bucks so beware.
