I was in LV for a fairly long visit, and had read about this place before, so I thought "hey, what the heck, why not?". Hopped in the car, put in the address in my GPS, and arrived at the club shortly after 8PM on a Tuesday. The area is fairly dark and sort of run down commercial buildings, but the parking lot (the free lot) for Little Darlings was WELL lit. The free lot is on the south side of the building, so you'll have to walk north toward the entrance. At the time I arrived, there was no line to get in, and I wasn't hassled at the front door.
Upon stepping in, I was greeted by a nice looking girl at the front desk who checked my ID and took the cover charge. I had printed out a coupon I found on the LD website that waived the cover charge for out-of-towners ($25) so I only had to pay $5 for unlimited drinks. I had read prior to this that some peoples' IDs got scanned, but this did not happen for me. Also, there IS a metal detector you have to walk through, but I see this as a good thing because I would prefer they keep the trouble outside.
Once you walk in, you immediately notice that is is pretty dang dark inside. They've got a bunch of colored lights here and there, but the place is dimly lit. The seating is all arranged around the center stage, with raised platforms on the sides where you can sit at private tables, and a clutter of seats in front of the stage. The bar area is opposite the center stage, but toward the "back of the room". Like I said, there wasn't a line to get in, so I had my pick of where to sit. The people already here were mostly average Joes or other business travelers. It's hard to comment on the cleanliness of the place since it was so dark, but I didn't see anything glaringly bad or disgusting. The music level was quite acceptable because I was able to carry on a conversation without screaming at the top of my lungs. The songs all seemed to be cut short, though, so keep that in mind.
