It was late Saturday night and even though I previously stayed away from Babes I figured since it was on my way back to my house why not. To my surprise when I walked inside the decor was a lot cleaner and up to date than my last visit. As soon as you walk in you immediately see the main stages to the right and then making your way around the room counter clockwise the DJ booth then the Bar (only one) and the second and third stages followed by an alcove that was used for private dances. Above them elevated was the VIP area. The lighting and the club was true the typical strip club dark ambiance. Most of the clientele I saw were a few thugs but pretty much a mixed patronage of thugs cowboys and all types. No one was really standing out and everyone seemed chill. The drinks are your normal strip club pricey about 50-100% more expensive than you would find at a bar. But at least they did not try and cheat you by watering them down.

There were about 12 dancers when I showed up. There were some old some young. The best dancers in the club were Star, Zebra. They were fit and attractive. Alot of the other dancers seems really drunk or high on something. Most of them had good stage presence but unlike some of the other San Antonio clubs I have been to the dances seems un-attentive. Most guys know what I mean you get that dancer who is dancing and you could be anybody it doesn't really matter to her and she will stare in the the sky at her feet at the mirror on the stage anything else but you and then before you know it she is holding her guarder open waiting for you to deposit your dollar. I was told before I came to be wary of a little blond dancer who air humps you against your will and then runs to the managers and says that you stiffed her money for the "dance". When I saw her I knew what to do...stay the hell away. Over all I would say if you get luck and see one of those two dancers above then get a dance from them but don't expect too much. This seems like a regular club to me which is a shame because i'm sure they scare off alot of what could be repeat business by their attitude.
