Dropped by this club last Thursday...

Dropped by this club last Thursday afternoon. I had a little time to kill. First time in this particular Deja Vu. Five dollar ("not a cover") charge on arrival. This club, apparently like all Nashville clubs is BYOB. Since I hadn't prepared for this eventuality, I got a coke and sat down to watch a few dancers. I barely sat when a pretty little thing came over and asked about my interest in a couch dance. As it was a Thursday, from time to time the club was running a two-for-one dance for $30.00, with a complimentary DVD thrown in. The DVD wasn't much but the dance was nice. My one complaint is that every time a dance was finishing up the housemother/floor manager stuck her head in the curtained area to shill for taking the dance on to a VIP level. As I generally like to experience different girls, I always declined, but it was still irritating. After a while, the first girl I had a dance with came back and after some chit-chat agreed to give me 20 minutes for $75.00. A bargain! And a great dance I might add. Although this club has some plusses and minuses, the low cover (other places in Nashville charge up to $16.00) and the friendly dancers make this a good place to while away an afternoon.
