This is an offshoot of Rick's...
This is an offshoot of Rick's Cabaret that just opened recently. I believe the cover is about $11.00. Although, if you have a Rick's VIP card you can get in for free and, if you are savvy, you might be able to avoid paying cover if you get a free admission card that their employees pass out on Bourbon Street, periodically. The outside is supposed to be modeled after an old time western salon. It even has those swinging doors that those salons had. Once you enter and pay your admission fee, you are greeted by two stages and two bars with the smaller of the two(2) in the back. Nevertheless, this place is small with a few tables surrounding the stages.
The drinks are overpriced like any other strip club on Bourbon Street--$8.00 for domestic beer, $9.00 for import and about $12.00-$15.00 for mixed drinks depending on brand. it's not hard to flag down a waitress to get a drink because there usually is not many people in here--even on weekends.
The times I have gone, there have only been, at most, ten (10) dancers working. As I said, this is a small club and a satellite of the larger Rick's Cabaret. The quality of the dancers is pretty low to average. Nothing I would spend more than $20.00 for. (Rick's Cabaret sends their rejects here.) And the lap dances are okay. Like I said, I would only pay $20.00 for a lap dance. There are private rooms and they tend to be $200.00 an hour plus the dancer and waitresses' tip.
