I hadn't been to a non-Follies...

I hadn't been to a non-Follies or Platinum Plus club in awhile. Mardi Gras ia quite a different experience. I arrived around 6:30 and there was no cover so I got to see the day shift girls as well as the night shift. Both groups were filled with thin white girls, who were all very attractive. I saw no overweight girls, no Asians, and only one black girl out of maybe 40.

I had planned on just sitting at the bar to watch football, but at 7:00, they removed all of the bar stools. I don't understand. They let me keep my seat until I got up to tip a girl. Within 30 seconds, the reasonably comfortable bar stool was gone. Annoying.

The club had max 10 customers until about 8:30 but the hustle for lap dances was almost non-existent. A couple of girls came and chatted for 5-10 minutes but there wasn't much connection. Just as I was about to leave, a girl I had tipped on stage earlier joined me. We talked for about an hour with no mention of dances. I bought her a drink and then tipped another few bucks before heading out. She friended me on fb while I was there so I guess it was a good visit. All the girls I met were beautiful and intelligent, not like some of the low-lifes that you often meet at strip clubs. Just don't expect anything from table dances. The $10 table dances are zero contact, but upstairs they have VIP lap dances for $20 and VIP rooms for a lot more.
