It was my intention to experience...

It was my intention to experience the day shift here, so I arranged an evening flight out of Orlando instead of an early one. Checked out of my hotel and headed east.

My research was faulty...I got to the IR just before noon, only to see they don't open until one. Could have looked here and gotten the same information...duh! No big deal, though....Coconuts is a block away, so I passed the time with a couple beers and a nice view of the ocean.

Back to the IR shortly after they opened. I was the second customer there. Predictably, it was very laid back. Girls would approach and sit down with you at the bar and chat for quite awhile, especially if you offered a drink. And there were some cuties there, for sure. Some young, some a bit older, but none of the shopworn types that you'll encounter on day shifts in many places.
