Returned to the Millstream after not...

Returned to the Millstream after not having been here for a few months. Dancer quality seems to have improved from my last visit. Though, still not quite as good as when it was at its best. Though, I still do highly recommend this place if you are looking for a laid-back, neighborhood type place that is not expensive, not a high pressure hustle, and not seedy/in an unsafe neighborhood (tough to find clubs in the Baltimore that don't have 1 or more of those characteristics and have very attractive women). In my prior visits, I heard a certain amount of complaining about obnoxious penalty fees and other rules the dancers did not like and that may have had something to do with the drop in quality. Did not hear that this time and was very pleased with the attractiveness of the dancers that day.
