Playhouse used to be one of my favorite clubs, but that was a while ago. I agree with other posters who say that this club has seen better days and that it isn't worth going to any more. One thing that definitely changed since the last time I was here (also a bad experience) is the parking. The club no longer operates the parking concession. Instead, they have farmed it out to some guy, who now charges $6 instead of the $3 that they used to charge. So the parking is completely separated from the club. Inside, the ratio of PL's (poor losers) to dancers was 1:1. That means about 5 customers and about 5 girls. But there honestly wasn't one girl that I would have spent the price of a dance on. You can still get a pretty good dinner for $25. So I decided to withhold my patronage, and nursed my beer at the bar. There were two girls, I kid you not, that must have been recruited from among the customers at the local Weight Watchers store. And one of them approached me to no effect. My goodness, they are scraping the bottom of the barrel here. The only reason I stopped by at all is to see if "maybe" things have changed at Playhouse. They have. They have gotten worse.
