This club is a notch below Spearmint Rhino in elegance, but more than makes up for it in that your money goes a long way. $150 for a half-hour VIP private session ($100 on Thursdays). Mileage varies all the way from UHM to air dance. In general, the dancers are also a notch (or two) below Spearmint Rhino, but there are still many attractive ones. I usually go in the daytime. The atmosphere is relaxed, and I've never been asked "to buy the girl a drink." The waitresses are courteous and prompt. Tips are appreciated, of course, but, again, I've never been asked by a waitress to provide a tip. Many soft drinks are free. During the day, it's never too crowded, and that adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

Dances are all private--topless lap dances, nude lap dances, and the above-mentioned VIP. The lap dances are the standard LA-area $20, but there are specials on certain days (three for two, two for one, and the Thursday $100 VIP). All dances are actually timed by a machine, so you aren't at the mercy of the dj or the length of the current song. Recommendations: Cameron (slim, ultra-friendly), Pandora (Asian, cute, adventurous), Skyler (will do anything to please). Unfortunately, last time I was there (Monday), things were kind of slow, and all my favorites were either absent or busy, so I just sat around and watched the stage dancing with a diet coke for about an hour, and then left. Previous visits have been hot and heavy, though, and I often leave with a smile.
