First of all, this review will be in two parts as we spent both a Friday and Saturday night at this club. The days were markedly different so we will do two individual posts. On both visits we visited as a couple. This visit was 8/19/2011.

On our way to Kappa Kabanna we, let’s be honest, had pretty low expectations. From the reviews we read on TUSCL, chatting on here with a dancer who worked there and some local knowledge of the area, we just set our expectations low believing that most talented and attractive dancers would rather work the big city areas of Chicago instead of a small place like kappa. The farther we drove the lower our expectations went but we continued knowing we would have a good time as husband and wife even if the club turned out to be a waste.

Normally, we would stick closer to home at our favorite club on the south side but we were in search of something a little more economical and hoping to explore the option of an OTC encounter. It is not that we don’t believe those can be had at our favorite club, just that we were more comfortable going down that road a bit farther from home.
