I've been to club Orleans a few times and I always had a great time. If you go on a weekend night it's usually pretty busy but the girls are good about making rounds so it's easy to get a dance. The quality of dancers here is a lot better than most clubs i've been to in Topeka. Most the girls are in their twenties and are very friendly. They have a VIP and a champagne room. I don't recommend the champagne room because it's pretty expensive and not much different then the VIP. Different dancers might give you a different experience back there. I've never heard of any "extras" taking place here but that doesn't mean there isn't. Overall this place is good if you want to look at pretty girls or just relax and hang out with them.
