The Hugger is one of the best clubs in Indiana due to dance mileage & how far your money will go. Dances are only $10, cover only $3 (no cover before 6pm), and drink prices are very reasonable compared to other strip clubs. Mileage for your dances is almost always very good, although not really all that private. The 'private dance' area is along the back wall of the club in mostly full view of other customers except for the darkness in that area. My first private dance there I had my hands to my sides preparing to be well behaved when the dancer grabbed my wrists and placed my hands directly on her breasts, confirming that touching anything but the 'cookie jar' is more than just a slogan here.

The club itself is not much to look at... somewhat shabby, dark and dingy, but it is spacious and the value and dances more than make up for it's appearance. Dancers range anywhere from 3-8 on the looks scale but it improves at night and on the weekends. Nothing truly special but you'll probably find something appealing to you. Kokomo is a smaller town about an hour north of Indianapolis and at times there's not much to choose from there. I've been told that some dancers will travel quite a ways to work there, including from Ohio and Illinois, citing low if non-existent tip-outs. There is no DJ, only a jukebox by the stage where the dancers pay $1 per song for a 3 song set, and that, I'm told, is often all they're required to pay to work there.

Overall, the Hip Hugger is a great place to have a good time for not a lot of money. Dancers aren't always the most attractive (at least in the afternoon when I'm usually there) but you'll probably find at least a couple that appeal to you and will grind on you until you're satisfied or your money runs out... which could take a while at just $10 per song. I've been to this club many times and try to make it back often when I drive through Kokomo.
